8 Stylish Products on Amazon for a Minimalistic Space

I know, this may sound counterintuitive but sometimes choosing a few of the right things can allow you to declutter your home, and consequently, your mind. Minimalism is all about multi-functionality and maintaining a productive and efficient space so we have chosen the best products for an organized and minimalistic life.

While I may receive a small amount of proceeds through Amazon from any purchases, I wholeheartedly stand behind and even own most of the products listed below!

Tissue Box Cover

I find tissue boxes are often the most gaudy disposable items in the house. That being said, my favorite tissue box (pictured here) is popular with over 5,000 reviews and 4.5 stars on amazon.

You can find this delightful house tissue box here.

Chemex Pourover and Prep Station

Forget the clunky coffee maker. Non traditional coffee making varieties such as cold brew and pour over have taken the world by storm. My personal favorite duo is the Chemex pour-over system and prep station. Pour over coffee is by far my favorite ritualistic coffee making experience; there is a certain satisfaction to diligently controlling every aspect of the production and creating a cup of java unlike any other through your own choice such as bean, grind, steep time, etc. This combination of pour over carafe and station will both neatly organize your coffee essentials and show off your barista abilities and sense of fashion. Don’t forget to also order filters!

Minimalist Plant Pot

It’s almost a a foregone conclusion at this point; minimalist spaces require a succulent! What better way to add life to your space with minimal upkeep. Succulents are always a great talking point and I even wrote a whole article on the best varieties of succulents for living spaces here. To fit the vibe, succulents go best in white porcelain (other colors and textures work as well) style pots. This one (pictured here) is a great place to start but it really just comes down to preference. Put it on the corner, on your desk, on the dining room table; a succulent in a nice minimalist pot will add a bit of life to the space.

One of my favorite pots, flexible for any home, can be found here. The pot is available in a range of colors as well.

Why waste precious countertop space with a knife block? This magnetic strip can be used to hold far more than just knives. Knife strips are great because they allow for convenient access with the added benefit of a cool industrial aesthetic!

This magnetic strip has over 9,000 positive reviews here on Amazon.

In any home, floor space can come at a premium as we want to reduce clutter and unnecessary furniture. In a minimalist space, this is even more true. Consequently, stylish hanging shelves have become a prevalent home feature for those wishing to display their cherished items in an organized fashion.

These hanging shelves have over 1,300 rave reviews here on amazon.

Dry Food Storage

As we’ve established with the tissue box cover above, a staple of minimalistic living and organization is reducing gaudy packaging including boxes of dried food. These containers also make it easier to sustainably buy in bulk. I’ve found proper organization of dry goods makes me more inclined to to eat healthier because everything is accessible and organized.

Final Thoughts

In a minimalist living space, items should serve a two-fold purpose: provide a function AND look fantastic! The idea behind minimalism is to declutter the mind so be sure to note this when choosing your aesthetic.
